Description: Our Thursday 11 a.m. yoga class focuses on alignment-based yoga. This class is a beginner level class suitable for all levels. Join Catherine Carrigan in McDonough Hall Side B from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays. Practice is followed by a deep relaxation.
