Yoga and Meditation (Evening)
Yoga provides a complete system of physical exercise with proven benefits for mind, body and spirit. Join certified instructor Catherine Carrigan and fellow parishioners for an energizing evening of health and fitness. Classes are held Tuesdays 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in McDonough Hall Side B (enter between the men and women's restrooms) and Thursdays 7:30 pm. to 9 p.m. in Parish Building ground floor.
