Volunteers are needed to assist with the monthly Collection for the Poor at each Mass the weekend of June 23rd and 24th. A total of 3 volunteers are needed at each Mass to cover different positions. Please use this Sign Up Genius link to volunteer. You may sign up with your children. They make excellent helpers!
Procedures for serving:
Simply arrive 15 minutes early for Mass and get the baskets from the altar server sacristy. Go to one of the three collection positions: Narthex, where the altar servers get dressed, and the entrance to the preschool. When Mass starts, take the baskets with you into the church. After communion, go back to your position and remain there for about 10 minutes. Finally Return the baskets and donations to the Deacon who will be putting the donations into a sealed bag in the altar server sacristy.
