DetailsThe January meeting of the Great Books Discussion Group will be held on Thursday, January 10th, and features Richard Wright’s (1908-1960) Bright and Morning Star. Literary critics credit Wright’s works for helping change mid 20th century race relations in the United States. Our selection is set in the rural south prior to the Civil Rights movement.
