As we approach the Spring with all the portent of renewal, we thought it would also be a good time to replenish the shelves of the Food Pantry at Centro Católico.
Please place your bags in one of the Centro barrels - in the Narthex, or at the entrance to McDonough Hall, or inside the first set of double doors at the entrance to HSCC Preschool. Some of Mexican staples and personal care items sought include:
Food Items: Dried beans (pinto beans, black beans, chick peas), lentils, white rice, canned fruit (peaches), sugar, maseca (corn flour), vegetable oil (less than 1 quart), cereal (oatmeal & boxed cereal).
Personal items: Diapers (sizes 5 & 6), feminine hygiene products (napkins or pads only), laundry detergent, shampoo, bar soap, diaper wipes, toilet paper.
Our collection will run from Sunday, April 7th to Sunday, May 5th. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
