Sacramental Years (1 & 2)

A child’s First Communion is an important and special milestone in the life of a Catholic family. Catholics all over the world are called to participate in the holy sacrifice of the Mass and to receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist.

It is a two-year process to prepare a child to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist, typically beginning in 1st grade In order to receive the Sacraments in 2nd grade. First Reconciliation is held on the last Saturday of January. First Communion is held in May on Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend.

This year First Reconciliation will be on January 22nd at 9:30AM. First Communion Rehearsal is on May 5th from 4:30-6pm. First Communion is on May 7th. Time TBD.

RCIC is available for baptized Catholic children who are in grade 3 or higher and have not yet celebrated the Sacraments. Please look for more Info under RCIC.
