Ministry Description:
The prayer shawl ministry knits or crochets shawls for those who are sick or who need God’s embrace while facing a life crisis. Shawls are made at your leisure. When the shawls have been completed, they are dropped off at the parish office and are blessed by a priest or deacon before being taken to those in need. All parishioners are invited to participate. There is no experience required. Each person works at his/her own pace.
