Anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one is invited to a supportive, small-group grief support program this spring. Based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s book "Understanding Your Grief: The Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart", this group will be led by parishioners Ellen Cocks and Rob Adams, Ellen has a certificate in death and grief studies, concentrating on “companioning others through grief.” The class includes a book and journal, provided at the first session.
