SoulCore classes are offered on 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesdays of the month at 11:30 AM and 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 6:30 PM in the Youth Center in the basement of McDonough Hall. SoulCore nourishes your body, mind and soul by combining rosary prayers with core, strengthening, stretching, and balance movements – no fitness or experience required – just wear comfy clothes and bring a mat.
