A year ago, we invited you to participate in the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey and share your perspective to help strengthen Holy Spirit Catholic Church and better prepare us for the future.

Over the past year, our staff has carefully reviewed the results alongside our liaison from Catholic Leadership Institute. Since October, we have met for more than eight hours each month to identify priority areas as we seek to grow in missionary discipleship. Our liaison has also conducted interviews with staff and parishioners to better understand where we are thriving as a parish and where we have important opportunities to improve.
