If you’ve experienced the loss of a loved one through death, you are invited to join a small-group grief support program this fall. Guided by Dr. Wolfelt’s book, Understanding Your Grief: The Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart, this 10-week session will be led by parishioner Ellen Cocks, a trained facilitator with a certificate in death and grief studies, specializing in “companioning others through grief.”

The cost for the book and journal is $27 and will be due at the first session. Please note, the group will close after the first session. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required. If interested, please email Ellen Cocks at ellen@sweetlittlesoul.com.
