Assistance includes activities like managing the logistics of the rehearsal, organizing the bridal party processional and places on the Altar, preparing the Altar for the wedding, working with lectors, helping guests with questions and ensuring adherence to the Catholic wedding guidelines. Guild members assist as their personal schedule permits, for a total time commitment of two hours per wedding. There are no annual minimum volunteer hours required and hands-on training will be provided.
