Description: Parishioners support vocations by signing up to attend Mass on one specific day each month to pray for vocations to the priesthood, permanent diaconate and religious life.

Description: Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is held on the first Friday and Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday and again from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 a.m. the following Saturday morning, and on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Spend a quiet hour during the day in prayer, reflection or silent inspirational reading. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen one’s relationship with the Lord in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.

Description: FIDELES – “The Faithful Ones”

FIDELES is a growing number of prayer groups for men with a special devotion to Jesus and his Blessed Mother. FIDELES devotions were initiated by the special prayer relationship of an Atlanta man with Mary. The record of that is “The Conversation," a beautiful guide to a deep, meaningful relationship with Jesus.

FIDELES members meet weekly and pray the rosary, followed by meditation. Each member is committed to daily prayer. The rewards to those involved have been a deepening of faith, a desire to be a better person and a better example to others, and the joy of faith sharing.

You are welcome to come as a guest to one or more of our prayer sessions. Prayer and reading the Conversation will lead you to either join a FIDELES cell or find another preferred direction to a deeper spiritual life.

Description: Holy Spirit’s Prayer Line is made up of parishioners who pray for prayer requests. Intercessory prayer helps one to grow deeper in their prayer life and makes one more aware of the needs of others. Request for prayer is sent by email to catherinefuss@comcast.net. Each request is treated as confidentially as the requester desires, so please note how you want to be acknowledged (full name, first name only, or just initials).
