Join a Choir
Music is an extremely important part of the liturgy at Holy Spirit, and as such, we have several choirs from which parishioners may choose to participate.
Holy Spirit’s Traditional Choir enhances the worship experience at the 10:00 a.m. Mass each Sunday and at other liturgies throughout the year. Drawing from a repertoire that ranges from Gregorian Chant through Baroque and Romantic to modern, the choir’s mission is to enhance the liturgy consistent with the Church’s liturgical principles and guidelines.
The Contemporary Choir sings at the 5:30 p.m. Sunday Mass. The liturgy and music for the Mass are geared toward the teens and young adults. Performing contemporary praise music with piano, guitar, and other instruments, the choir rehearses at 4:00 p.m. every Sunday in the Church.
